BLVD Developments has announced that "permits are in place" and the initial construction work has begun on Victory Condos on King West-There are still suites available if you would like to live in the vibrant area of King & Spadina with stylish  restaurants such as CRUSH-Fred's Not Here and exciting clubs, sporting venues, shopping and the TTC-Where else can you have all of this. First occupancy is slated for summer 2010.
