71 Front Street East.  originally a warehouse was transformed by Raymond Moriyama -  Designer of the Ontario Science Centre and the Scarborough Civic Centre into residential & commercial complex.  The Artrium is 90 feet with trees, fountains and hanging tapesteries. Suites vary in size from 500 sqft to 1500 sqft. with 53 suites some with ensuite storage. Others boast balconies or fireplaces and some are two storey loft style suites.
